4Drive Dominican Republic is a booking platform connecting travelers with independent local suppliers in the Dominican Republic. We are not a vehicle owner, operator, or lessor. Every reservation creates a direct contractual relationship between you and the supplier named in your voucher.
We provide a technology interface for searching availability, comparing options, and transmitting your booking request. Once confirmed, the supplier assumes full responsibility for vehicle delivery, condition, insurance coverage, roadside assistance, and all operational matters. Your voucher specifies pickup instructions, contact details, and vehicle terms.
The supplier listed on your voucher holds sole liability for vehicle safety, maintenance, legal compliance, and fulfillment of the rental agreement. 4Drive Dominican Republic disclaims liability for mechanical failures, accidents, personal injury, property damage, third-party claims, delays, or any incident arising during or from the use of the vehicle.
Address complaints, damage claims, billing disputes, or service issues directly with the supplier using the contact information on your voucher. We facilitate communication when requested but hold no obligation to mediate, arbitrate, or provide financial redress.
An advance payment secures your reservation. Refund eligibility, cancellation deadlines, and any penalties are determined by the supplier's policy stated in your voucher. Additional charges at pickup (such as optional extras, fuel, or local taxes) are collected and governed by the supplier.
You must hold a valid driver's license recognized in the Dominican Republic, meet age requirements specified in the voucher, and provide accurate information during booking. Misrepresentation or fraudulent use may result in reservation cancellation without refund.
We strive to display current supplier rates, vehicle specifications, and policy details. However, suppliers may update terms without prior notice. The voucher issued after confirmation constitutes the binding agreement. Verify all details before pickup.
All website content, design, logos, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to 4Drive Dominican Republic. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any material without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Punta Cana. The supplier's rental agreement may specify separate jurisdiction for vehicle-related claims.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically for updates.
